1. Registration and your Messe-Login
In order to use the Shop for Exhibitor Services, (www.serviceshop.messefrankfurt.com) you need a „Messe-Login“ for Messe Frankfurt.
If you do not already have a Messe-Login from last year, simply register with your personal email address and then confirm your registration by clicking on the link in the email that you will receive from Messe Frankfurt.
2. Register your stand in the shop
If you are using the Shop for Exhibitor Services for the first time in 2024, you will not see a Book Fair stand in the shop.
This is because you must first register this year’s stand in the shop. To do this, go to “Add to your registered stands“ and select the option “Register a stand for your company“.
Even if your company is registered as a co-exhibitor or with a table in a work centre, you must complete the same process.
3. Select an existing company or register a new company
In the next step, you select either:
- ... the company on whose account you will be ordering services for the Book Fair and click on “Continue”. The next steps are explained under "Order services for an existing company".
- ... “Register a new company“ if you have not yet ordered from Messe Frankfurt or would like to register a new invoice-relevant company for the Book Fair and click on “Continue”. The next steps are explained under "Order services for a new company".
Order services for an EXISTING company
4.a Select an event
Select the event “Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024” and then confirm your entry by clicking on “Continue”.
You will now be taken automatically to the “Stand information” area of the “Messe Frankfurt for Corporate Customers” portal.
5.a Add a new stand
Click on “Add new stand“; now you once again select your company and the event “Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024”.
6.a Enter your order number for the Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024
Please enter your six-digit order number. Frankfurter Buchmesse GmbH included this number on your order confirmation, your invoice, and in the email informing you of your stand number.
If you do not have an order number, please write “no order number“ in the corresponding field and provide your hall and stand number as identification.
Click on “Send”. Now we will review your information and activate your shop access. This process may take one or two days.
7.a Receive email containing shop information
You will be sent an email once your stand is available for placing orders in the Shop for Exhibitor Services.
If at any time you would like to authorise other individuals to order services on behalf of your company, simply forward them the stand code found in this email.
Order services for a NEW company
4.b Register a new company
You will now be taken automatically to the “Messe Frankfurt for Corporate Customers” portal to enter the company data required for your invoicing. To do this, click on “Add a new company“ and enter the company for which you are ordering in your own name and on your own account.
Now enter at least the first three letters of your company’s name. Our database will begin suggesting company names containing the combination of letters you have entered.
5.b Supplement your company details or re-enter these
If your company appears in the list of suggestions, click on it. Otherwise, go to the end of the list and select the menu item “Company not displayed in the selection? Add data“.
Once you have done this, please add all the missing information or enter all the relevant company details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
6.b Complete the registration process and add a new stand
Click on “Register“ to submit your company details to us. Subsequently go to the "Stand information" area and click on “Add new stand“. Select once again your company and the event “Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024”.
