Messe Frankfurt to expand portfolio in Central Asia and organise Intelligent Building Expo

Messe Frankfurt is expanding its portfolio in the Central Asian market and, with the Intelligent Building Expo 2026, is organising its first ever technical trade fair in Uzbekistan. The new trade fair will take place in Tashkent between 20 and 22 May 2026. The areas included in its product portfolio are heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water supply, lighting and building automation, security technology and IT security.

Messe Frankfurt to drive regional expansion with new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia

Messe Frankfurt has officially launched its new subsidiary, Messe Frankfurt Saudi Arabia, as part of its long-term investment strategy in the Kingdom’s fast-growing exhibition industry. This move is in keeping with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals and underlines Messe Frankfurt’s aims to strengthen its regional presence and help shape the future of the MICE sector in the Middle East.

Fixed date in the north: Nordstil Summer 2025 impresses retailers with new products and a positive spirit

Nordstil Summer 2025, the most important ordering event for northern Germany, successfully drew around 8,300 trade visitors* to Hamburg. From 26 to 28 July, over 550 exhibitors showcased innovative new products and inspiring ranges, creating a vibrant atmosphere and setting clear incentives to order for autumn/winter 2025 and spring 2026.

Most successful financial year ever for Messe Frankfurt

Messe Frankfurt has presented its 2024 Annual Report, which sets new records in all relevant key figures. The sales of €775 million and consolidated annual net income of around €82 million reflect the Group’s strong operating performance. In the current financial year, the Group aims to further expand its market lead and to safeguard its quality and global growth in the long term by investing further in its digital and sustainable transformation.

Innovation and optimism: the industry shows its strength at IFFA 2025

The atmosphere at the stands of over 1,000 exhibitors at IFFA – Technology for Meat and Alternative Proteins was characterised by a high investment confidence. In a complex global economic situation, the industry impressively demonstrated its innovative strength and competitiveness. This was also confirmed by the visitor numbers: a total of 63,117 trade visitors from 144 countries came to the leading international trade fair in Frankfurt. The proportion from abroad was 74 percent.
